Who We Are<\/span> \"Screen<\/span><\/h1>\n

Early Bird Developmental Services LLC is a family-owned, family-focused company whose mission is to provide the highest quality functional intervention to infants and children.<\/p>\n

Early Bird began in 2005 with Sherry Seitlin Kornfeld providing Early Intervention Speech and Language Therapy to infants, toddlers, and their families. Over the last 15 years, Early Bird has grown by leaps and bounds!<\/p>\n

Today we have a dedicated staff of wonderful occupational, physical, and speech therapists along with providers of community based rehabilitative service to children through the Children’s Developmental Services Agency. We provide services in your natural environment, in homes, preschools, and at a number of schools and daycare centers in charlotte and surrounding areas. Since October 26, 2020, Early Bird has begun offering services in-clinic in our beautiful sensory clinical space in Matthews.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Insurance\/Medicaid<\/span><\/h1>\n

It is our goal to provide our patients with the best and affordable therapy services possible. Early Bird accepts Medicaid Direct and all of the Medicaid Managed Care Organizations and Tailored Plan organizations in the area.\u00a0 We are in-network with most of commercial insurance companies.\u00a0 We will check your benefits to be sure we are a good match for your insurance.\u00a0 We will file your insurance claim and will work with you on payment arrangements should your insurance not pay for services. Our staff will obtain any necessary pre-certification and\/or authorizations needed prior to the initiation of therapy services.<\/p>\n
